Utkarsh Poha

You can find Utkarsh Poha at Plot No-129 in Vindhyachal Chal Nagar. We are located right near and behind Kids College. Because of the school, the mornings are very loud with buses and parents dropping off their children. Once the bell rings, it settles down a bit. Our plot is a straightforward workspace where we handle the poha. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn’t feel like a big industrial zone. The building is just a one-story structure with a flat roof. We have a small yard where we sometimes keep the extra bags if the inside is too full. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it a bit hot, so we usually have a few fans going all the time. Working here is pretty quiet most of the day. We mostly focus on our tasks and don't see many strangers. Sometimes the kids from the college walk past and look in, but usually, it's just the staff. The walls are painted a light color that’s started to fade a bit. We have a small table where we sit for lunch and talk about local things. It’s not a grand place, just Plot No-129 where we do our work. We like the neighborhood because it’s familiar and close to everything we need in Vindhyachal Chal Nagar. It is just a simple building where we spend our time making sure the poha is ready for whoever needs it.
