Twist Of Taste

You can find us on the 3rd floor of Malhar Mall, right there on AB Road in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. Being inside a mall means our day follows the rhythm of the shoppers and the people coming in for movies or just to walk around. Twist Of Taste is a bit of a hike up to the third floor, but once people get here, they usually stay for a while. We have a view of the mall interior and we spend a lot of time keeping the tables wiped down and the menus organized. Vijay Nagar is a fast-growing part of Indore, so there is always something new happening outside, but inside the mall, it stays pretty consistent. Our kitchen staff is usually busy from the moment the mall doors open until they close at night. We serve a mix of things that people in Indore seem to like. It gets really busy on Saturdays and Sundays when families come out to spend their day off. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We are just a group of people working in a mall kitchen, making sure the food is hot and the orders are correct. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving quickly between the kitchen and the tables. We like being part of the Vijay Nagar food scene and seeing all the different people who visit the mall daily.
