We set up Tik Tok Foodtech India over at Plot No-535 in Vijay Nagar. It’s right on the bypass, which is great because there’s plenty of room for vehicles to pull over. Being near the petrol pump is also a big help for people trying to find us. The bypass is always loud with trucks going to the next city, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. The building is a plain structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we’ve got our equipment and desks set up in a way that makes sense for the work we do. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there aren’t many trees around, just a lot of concrete and sun. We started this because we wanted a place of our own. Most days start with a quick cleanup of the front area because the road kicks up a lot of grit. We don’t have a big team, just a handful of us who know the routine. We eat lunch together most days, usually something brought from home. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the machines are running. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some big fans to keep the air moving. It’s a solid place to work and we’re glad to be here.
