We have been over at 52, Alka Puri for a good while now. Running Srivaasah Food And Hospitality Llp keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. Usually, the mornings start fairly early when we get the place opened up and check on everything to make sure it is ready. It is just a regular building in the neighborhood, nothing that really stands out from the street. Some days are definitely quieter than others, but there is always something that needs fixing or a bit of paperwork to catch up on at the desk. We mostly focus on the food and making sure the hospitality part does not fall apart. Folks sometimes ask what exactly we do here, and it is basically just making sure things run like they should every day. The address is easy to find if you are driving around the Alka Puri area. We do not have a big fancy sign, just the usual setup you would expect for a local business. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, or deliveries show up late, which is always a bit of a headache. We just deal with those things as they come. It is not always perfect, but we are here every day putting in the hours. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or the small back office. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to for records. It is a lot of physical work, really. Keeping the place clean and making sure the supplies are stocked up takes up half the morning. We like the area, it has its own rhythm. That is pretty much how it goes for us.
