Shri Bhagwati Caterers

Shri Bhagwati Caterers is tucked away at 3, Ambika Puri Extn, not too far from the water tank in Kalani Nagar. This is a quiet residential area for the most part, but our kitchen gets pretty lively once we start the day's prep work. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time, and the neighbors are used to seeing our vans coming and going. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we store our pots, pans, and ingredients. We usually have a couple of big burners going at once, which keeps the place warm even in the winter months. Our staff are mostly local people who live nearby and know the area well. We don't bother with expensive advertising or fancy social media pages because we are usually too busy cooking to worry about that. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have three different events on the same day, but we just put our heads down and get through the list. Being near the water tank makes us easy to find if someone is looking for us. We try to keep our recipes simple and the kitchen as clean as possible. It is hard work, especially during the wedding season, but we have a good routine that keeps us going. We just do what we do and stay out of trouble.
