Satvik Cateress

Satvik Cateress is tucked away at 32/5, Parsi Mohalla in the Khajanchi Bagicha area of Chhawani. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when we’re trying to get work done. Our space isn't huge, but it's where everything happens. We spend our days dealing with sacks of flour, crates of vegetables, and the heat from the burners. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy to look at. We usually start while most people are still sleeping because the cooking takes time. Chhawani is a good place for us, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. You won't find us wearing uniforms with logos most of the time; we're usually just in old clothes that we don't mind getting grease on. The work is mostly about repetition—washing, cutting, cooking, and packing. It gets repetitive, sure, but there's a rhythm to it that we like. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have our kitchen in Parsi Mohalla and our delivery routines. Sometimes a delivery is late because of the local traffic, and we just have to deal with it. We don't try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a local catering group in Indore trying to do our work and go home at the end of the day.
