Sanskruti Catering

Sanskruti Catering is situated at 38, A B Road, right across from Industry House and near Chaturvedi Mansion. It’s a very central spot in Old Palasia, so we see a lot of the city’s hustle and bustle from our front door. The location is convenient, but the traffic on A B Road can be quite a mess when we’re trying to get our deliveries out on time. Our kitchen is where we spend nearly all our hours. It’s hot, loud, and usually smells like fried onions and spices. We don't have any fancy brochures or a glossy website. We just have our pots, our stoves, and a few heavy-duty vans. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients and making sure the containers are cleaned and ready to go. It’s not a glamorous lifestyle. We often have flour on our clothes and our hair smells like smoke by the end of the shift. Old Palasia is a busy part of Indore, and being near Industry House means we have to be quick with our movements. We don't have a big mission statement or anything; we just show up and start cooking. If the food is ready and the vans are loaded, then it’s a good day for everyone. We aren't looking to change the world; we’re just making sure there’s enough for everyone to eat at the next function or gathering.
