You can find Ricon Impex Private Limited over in Ashok Nagar at Plot No. 1. We are up on the 5th floor of the Madhur View building, which is in Phase 1 near Tower Chouraha. It is a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic around the crossroads. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below, but we’re mostly focused on our import and export tasks. We spend a lot of our time on computers and phones, tracking shipments and dealing with customs details. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we do every day. The office is usually filled with files and the hum of the air conditioner. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a routine down. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry, but we make do. We handle a variety of goods coming in and out, and there’s always something new to learn about shipping routes or regulations. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our clients get their stuff on time and without too much trouble. It’s a steady business in a lively neighborhood.
