We are located in unit 201 A of Shimla Pride, which is right near the Bombay Hospital Service Road in Vijaynagar. It’s a very busy area, especially with the hospital traffic and people coming off the main road. Our office is focused on export and import paperwork, so there is always a lot of printing and scanning going on. We have piles of documents on almost every flat surface, and the stapler is probably the most used tool in the room. The building, Shimla Pride, is easy enough to find, though parking on the service road can be a total nightmare some days. We usually just tell people to take an auto-rickshaw if they can. Inside, it’s just a basic office setup with some bright lights and a few filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a clock and a calendar. The staff here is small, and we spend most of the day on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It gets a bit loud when the windows are open, so we usually keep them shut to block out the sounds of the hospital sirens and the traffic. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. We just make sure the forms are filled out right and the clients aren't waiting too long for their papers. That's the main thing.
