Mild India Civil Erectors (P) Ltd. is situated at No. 102 in the Arpan Apartments. This is over at 35, Saket Nagar. It is a bit different having an office in an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the civil and erection work from this desk. You can usually hear the sound of the neighborhood outside while we are going over plans and schedules. Saket Nagar is a decent area and being in Arpan Apartments keeps us close to everything. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for our files and a couple of computers. People usually call us first before heading over to No. 102. The name Mild India Civil Erectors (P) Ltd. might sound formal, but we are just regular folks doing our jobs. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so the office is mainly for the administrative side of things. There is no fancy reception area or coffee machine. We just sit down, do the math, and figure out the logistics for the next project. It is a quiet place to get the heavy thinking done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. We have been operating out of Saket Nagar for a while now and it feels like home to the business. We just keep our heads down and work on our lists through the day.
