Maulana Hardware

We have been running Maulana Hardware here on Plot No 273 for quite a while now. It’s right across from where Bombay Disposable is, so if you find them, you’ve basically found us too. Transport Nagar Main Road is always busy with trucks and people moving things around, which makes for a pretty dusty day most of the time. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place with shelves full of whatever people need for their building work or fixing things at home. We spend most of our mornings just unloading stuff and getting the registers ready. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout a bit to hear the customers, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, it's just a few of us here making sure the stock is where it should be. Most of our regulars are local contractors who know exactly where to find what they want without even asking. We keep the doors open early because that’s when the work starts around here. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we check the inventory lists. If you ever walk by, you’ll probably see us sitting near the front, just waiting for the next delivery to pull up. There’s always something needing to be moved or sorted out back in the storage area.
