Paliwal Caterers

We've been running Paliwal Caterers for a while now. We are based right at Jall Auditorium in the South Tukoganj area. If you know that spot, that's where you'll find us working most days of the week. It’s a busy place and we stay pretty occupied with the food and making sure everything is ready for the folks who come through. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle a lot of the cooking and serving ourselves because we like to keep an eye on how things are turning out in the kitchen. It’s mostly just us and a small crew of helpers. We don't really do the fancy office thing or have a big corporate team in suits. We just focus on the kitchen work at the auditorium. People in South Tukoganj usually know where the auditorium is, so it makes it easy for us to give directions to people. We have been in this spot for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be. We just try to get the jobs done right and move on to the next one. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it keeps us busy. We aren't really about the big talk, just about getting the catering handled for whatever event is booked at the hall. That’s pretty much us.
