Namoshri Gautam Caterers operates out of 72 Badwani Plaza in Old Palasia. Being in a place like Badwani Plaza means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. Old Palasia is a busy area, and we have been here for a good amount of time. We spend most of our hours planning meals and getting ingredients ready. Catering is a lot of work that people don't see behind the scenes. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and long hours standing in the kitchen. We don't have a polished showroom. Our space is more about getting the job done. When someone comes to see us at the plaza, we just sit down and talk like normal people. We don't have a scripted pitch or anything like that. We just tell them what we can do and how we do it. Most of our customers come through word of mouth. Someone eats our food at a party and then asks for our number. That’s how it has always been for us. We like the personal connection we have with the people who hire us. It makes the long hours feel worth it. We are just a local team trying to provide decent meals for events around Indore. There’s no big secret to it, just hard work and showing up on time. We take it day by day and try to stay organized.
