Maa Narmada Caterers

At Maa Narmada Caterers, we work out of 19-A, Brijweshwari-Nx, along the Bicholi Mardana Road. This part of Bicholi Mardana has grown a lot since we first started, but our way of doing things has stayed mostly the same. We have a decent-sized space where we keep all our cooking equipment and the big crates for transporting food. The mornings usually start early with the sound of knives on cutting boards and the smell of fresh ingredients being prepped. We aren't a big corporate outfit, just a group of people who know their way around a kitchen. Our workspace is practical and built for heavy use, not for looking pretty in photos. We spend most of our day checking lists and making sure we have enough of everything for the next job. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when we have to load the trucks in the rain, but we just deal with it. The Bicholi Mardana Road area is a good place for us because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't really use fancy titles or have many meetings; we just talk about what needs to be cooked and who is taking it where. It is a lot of manual labor and staying late to clean up the pots, but it is what we know and how we have always done it.
