Lavish Food

We are located at Plot No. 101 in Kranti Kriplani Nagar. We are right on Annapurna Road, basically across from the Bank of Maharashtra. It is a good spot because people are always passing by on their way to the bank or the shops nearby. Lavish Food isn't some high-end restaurant with waiters in suits. It is more of a busy food place where we focus on getting the cooking done right. The kitchen is the heart of the whole operation and it stays pretty warm in there. We spend our mornings prepping ingredients and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. Sometimes the deliveries show up late and we have to scramble a bit, but we always manage to get things ready. The floor is usually being swept and there is always a dish that needs washing. We don’t go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. We just put the food out and hope people like it enough to come back. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the stoves. We keep things pretty simple here. It is just about the food and making sure the customers don't have to wait too long. We have a small team and we’ve all worked together long enough to know how to stay out of each other's way in the tight space. It's just a regular day-to-day grind for us.
