Jay Ambe Caterers

We have been running Jay Ambe Caterers for a good while now from our spot at 60, right near the Cloth Market Girls College in Indore Ho. It is a busy little area, but we like it here and the location makes sense for what we do. It is not a fancy place or a big corporate office, just a simple kitchen where we get our daily work done. Most of the time, we are busy handling orders for local families or events happening around the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic near the girls' college gets a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to that. We do not spend much time on advertising or having a polished website because we mostly rely on people knowing where we are. We started out small and we have stayed that way, which seems to work out fine for us. The kitchen usually gets going early in the morning. We do not have a huge team, just a few of us who know how to manage the cooking and the packing. We have seen the area change over the years, but the college is still there and we are still here at number 60. It is practical work and we focus on getting the food ready on time and making sure the spice levels are what people asked for. If you walk past the market, you will find us easily enough. We keep things simple.
