Italian Edible Entity

Italian Edible Entity is based in Kanchan Tower, at number 34 in Veersawarkar Nagar. It’s a solid building and we’ve been in this spot for a while. We don’t have any huge signs outside, just a small one near the entrance so people know they're in the right place. The office isn't anything special. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the daily tasks. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. There’s no corporate talk here. We just use plain English and try to be clear with each other. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Veersawarkar Nagar is a decent area with a lot of other businesses around. We see the same people every day and say hello. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to do our work properly and not have any issues. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes to do things. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get everything finished on time. We don’t do much on social media or anything fancy. We just stick to what we know and keep our heads down. It’s a straightforward approach to business. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide what we do and stay consistent. That’s pretty much the story of our place.
