Happy Singh Restaurant & Banquets

Happy Singh Restaurant & Banquets is located in Vijay Nagar. We are at Gf-26/27 in Scheme No 54. Most people just look for the Sayaji Hotel, and we are right across the road from it. It’s a very busy part of Indore. There is always a lot of noise from the main road. We have both the restaurant part and the banquet space. This means some days are quiet and other days are completely hectic with a big party. We spend a lot of time moving chairs and setting up tables. The floors need constant mopping because people are always coming in and out. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local place trying to keep up with the crowd. The kitchen is a busy spot. We have a few regular staff who have been with us for a while. We don't go in for fancy advertisements or anything like that. We just put our sign out and keep the doors open. Sometimes things break or the AC acts up, and we just fix it. It is hard work, especially on the weekends when the whole neighborhood seems to come out. We just try to get the food out fast and keep the place looking okay. It’s a simple business. We open early to prep and stay late until the last guest leaves. That’s our life here in Vijay Nagar, just keeping things moving one day at a time.
