Goswami Catering

Goswami Catering is based out of 27, Aerodarum Road over in Pathar Nagar. We’ve been in this part of Indore Ho for a long time. It’s a busy area, especially with all the traffic on Aerodarum Road, but we’re used to it. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we stay busy enough inside. We handle a lot of local events. Usually, it’s just us figuring out how many plates we need or making sure the spices are right for a batch of food. It gets loud and hot in the kitchen, especially in the summer. We don’t really do much advertising. People just hear about us from their neighbors or see our vans parked out front in Pathar Nagar. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a delivery is five minutes late because of the traffic near the airport, but we try to fix it. That's just how it goes when you're running a small place like this. We have a couple of guys who have been with us for years. They know the routine. We start early in the morning and sometimes don't finish until way past midnight. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. If you’re walking down the main road, you might smell the cooking. We like being part of the community here. It’s a simple life, just cooking for people and making sure they have what they need for their gatherings. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
