Emperor S Restaurant

Emperor S Restaurant is located in the Khan Bahadur Compound in Indore. Being in Chhawani, we see a lot of different people every day. It’s at 14/1, which isn't hard to find once you are in the Ushaganj Chhawani area. Most mornings start with getting the supplies delivered and making sure everything is where it should be. Indore is a city that loves its food, so there is a bit of pressure, but we just handle it one customer at a time. The restaurant isn't very large or polished, it’s just a regular place where you can sit down. We spend a lot of time just keeping the floor clean and the tables wiped. There isn't much to say about us, we are just local people working here. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked with traffic, and we just watch the world go by from the front door. The compound has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of that. We’ve had the same people coming in for a long time now. We don’t use any special tricks, just show up and open the doors. If you are around Chhawani, you will see our sign. It's a straightforward spot for a meal, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep doing what we do every day at 14/1 Khan Bahadur Compound. It gets a bit hectic around noon, but we just manage it as best as we can.
