Dilip Jain Caterers

We have been operating Dilip Jain Caterers out of our spot at 160, Saket Nagar for quite a while now. It is a busy area and we spend most of our mornings getting things ready for whatever event is on the schedule that day. The kitchen gets pretty warm when the stoves are going, but that is just how it is. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in the local traffic around Saket Nagar, which can be a bit of a headache, but we usually manage to get where we need to be. There are a few of us working here, mostly family and a couple of helpers who have been around long enough to feel like family. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the main cooking space and some storage for the big pots and serving trays. People around here know where to find us if they need food for a wedding or a small get-together at home. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the flavors right without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past the building, you might smell whatever we are frying up for the afternoon. It is not a very quiet job, especially when the orders start piling up, but we like staying busy. We have lived in this neighborhood for years, so being based in Saket Nagar feels right to us. We just keep our heads down and work.
