Delhi Grill Club XS

You can find us up on the third floor of Malhar Mall. We’re in Shop 14, right there on A B Road in the Vijay Nagar part of Indore. It’s a bit of a climb or an elevator ride, but we are here every day. We wanted to start something that was a bit different from the usual mall food. It’s a small space, hence the XS in the name, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent prepping the grills and getting the coal ready. The mall gets really busy on Saturdays and Sundays, so those are our longest days. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It's just a few local guys who like to cook. The lighting is a bit dim and we play whatever music we’re in the mood for that day. Sometimes it’s a bit loud, but that’s the vibe we like. We don’t have a massive menu because we’d rather do a few things well than a lot of things poorly. It’s just a practical way to run a small kitchen. If you’re shopping or watching a movie in Vijay Nagar, stop by and say hello. We’re usually around the counter or busy at the back. It’s a simple life running a grill club in a mall. We usually have some cold drinks ready too because the grills make the shop pretty warm. It's a tight squeeze but we like the energy. We keep extra chairs stacked up.
