Charlok Restaurant

Charlok Restaurant is situated at G L 12 in Vijay Nagar, Indore. We are right in Scheme No 54, which is a part of town that has grown a lot lately. Being opposite Bhandari College means we see a lot of young people every single day. They usually come in groups between their classes to grab something quick. The atmosphere is mostly just the sound of students talking and the kitchen staff working. We have a simple layout with some basic furniture that gets the job done. Indore gets quite hot in the summer, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for whoever walks in. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people just see our sign when they are walking toward the college or driving through Vijay Nagar. The menu is just written out clearly, and we do not try to do anything too experimental. We just cook what we know. Sometimes the service is a little slower when every table is full at lunch, but we try our best to keep up. It is a local spot for local people. We have been at this location for a while now and have seen the street change quite a bit. It is just a regular restaurant where you can get a meal and head back to your day.
