Our shop is over on Civil Line, right on the road near the college. It’s a good spot because there are always people moving around and things happening. We’ve been here in Indore for a long time now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic and the students walking by. The work we do isn't very glamorous. It involves a lot of peeling, cutting, and standing over hot fires for hours. We mostly handle local events and family parties that happen around this part of town. When we first started, we didn't have much equipment, but we slowly added things as we went along. Now we have enough to handle bigger groups, but we still treat every job the same way. It’s about getting the work done right and not making a fuss about it. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes because someone saw us at another party and asked for our number. We try to keep our kitchen clean and our ingredients fresh, which is basically all anyone wants. Sometimes the days are long and we’re tired by the end of it, but that’s just part of the business. Being near the college keeps things feeling lively. We’re just a local business trying to do our part and keep the customers satisfied without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
