Babosa Caterers

We operate out of E - 280 in Jay Bhawani Nagar. It’s right on Panckuiyan Road in the Rajmohalla area. It’s a busy spot and can get pretty noisy with all the vehicles. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We have these large gas cylinders lined up and huge steel vats for making dal and subji. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of knives chopping or water running. The staff stays busy from morning till night. We do a lot of local events around Rajmohalla and beyond. Most of the time, we’re packing up food into containers and loading them onto the small trucks we use. It’s messy work. You get flour on your clothes and the smell of fried onions stays with you. We don’t have a big reception area for visitors, just a small space to talk about what they need for their party. It’s more of a working space than a showroom. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about the smoke, so we try to be careful with the exhaust fans. Panckuiyan Road is always moving. We’ve been here long enough that most people know the Babosa name without us having to say much. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets to the venue on time. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but that’s the job we chose and we are still here.
