We’re located at number 21 in Palsikar Colony, right at the Chouraha near the State Bank. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The building is just a regular place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly taken up by our kitchen and storage areas. We spend our mornings getting ready for orders and our evenings cleaning up. It’s a lot of manual work, and we don’t have any fancy machines to do it for us. The team is just a group of local folks who know their way around a kitchen. We don’t spend money on billboards or radio ads. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or saw our van parked at an event. Being near the bank means there are always people walking by, so we get a bit of foot traffic too. The Palsikar Colony neighborhood has been good to us over the years. We try to keep things humble and focus on the tasks at hand. We don’t have a mission statement or a five-year plan. We just want to make sure the food is ready when we say it will be. It’s a simple business run in a simple way. We don't try to overcomplicate things or sound more important than we are, just keeping it real.
