Vinayak Food Chain

We’ve been here at 113-B Abhinandan Nagar for a while now. Most days start pretty early because there is always a lot of prep work to do before we open the doors of Vinayak Food Chain in Kondhwa Budruk. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of different food items and it gets hectic during the lunch rush. You’ll usually see a few of us running around trying to keep things organized. It is not a very big space, but we make it work. Sometimes the delivery bikes pile up outside, and we have to go out and move them so the neighbors don't get annoyed. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. The kitchen stays hot, especially in the summer months, but that is just part of the job. Most of our regulars live right here in the neighborhood, so we see the same faces every day. It’s nice knowing who is coming through the door. We don’t do anything fancy, just standard food prep and making sure the supplies are fresh. Sometimes we run out of things if the morning delivery is late, which happens more than I'd like to admit. That’s just how it goes in this part of town. We try to keep the counters clean and the floor swept, though with so many people coming in and out, it's a constant task. We’re just a small team trying to keep the place running smoothly every day.
