Jagadish Stones

Jagadish Stones is a place where we work with all kinds of rock and materials. I am Jagadish, son of Kalakappa Kasturi, and we run things out of Ward Number 5. Our yard is located right near the Sheree Saleshwar Temple, which most people in the area know. It’s a family-run business, and we’ve been here for a long time. Stone work is physical and it can be pretty exhausting, but it’s what we have always done. We spend our mornings moving slabs and checking the quality of the stones we get in. It is not a flashy business at all. We just have our space near the temple and we wait for folks to come by when they need something for a house or a wall. There are no fancy offices or big marketing teams here. It is just us handling the day-to-day work. Sometimes the dust is everywhere, and our clothes get dirty, but that is just part of the job. We know most of the people who come to see us because we are right in the neighborhood. If you are looking for stone, you just head to Ward No- 5 and you will find us easily enough. We try to be helpful and give people what they need without any complicated talk. It is a simple life and a simple business, just doing our part in the community one stone at a time.
