Vijya Saradhi

Running things here as Vijya Saradhi keeps me pretty busy most of the week. We are based right in Hyderabad, specifically in the 500001 area, so it’s right in the thick of everything. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we need. I usually get in around nine and start going through the list of things that didn't get finished the day before. It's a lot of routine stuff, honestly. There’s always someone coming in or the phone ringing about something small. I like the neighborhood because you can find good food just a short walk away. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the street noise, but you get used to it after a few months. I don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just do what we do. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. I’ve lived in Hyderabad most of my life, so I know how things go around here. Some days are slower than others, which gives me time to straighten up the shelves. My focus is just on getting through the workload and making sure nothing gets missed. It is just me and a couple of others helping out. We don’t have any big corporate rules. We just show up and do the work that is in front of us.
