Rithvik Dance Academy

Rithvik Dance Academy is our place for teaching dance, located at H. No. 24-85 in Ranga Reddy Nagar. Balanagar is a crowded area, but we managed to find this space to set up. It is not a massive studio with high-end floors. It is just a large room where we put up some mirrors and a sound system. We have classes for all sorts of people, from little kids to older folks who just want to move around. You can hear the music from the street when we are in the middle of a session. It gets quite lively in the evenings. We don't have a professional secretary or a lobby. People just wait on the stairs or in the small space near the door. Sometimes the fans aren't enough to keep the heat away, but the students don't seem to care once the music starts. I’ve seen many people come in shy and leave with a bit more confidence. It is a good feeling. We don't spend money on glossy flyers. Most families heard about us from their neighbors in R. R. Dist. We just focus on the steps and making sure everyone has a chance to learn. Sometimes we have to adjust the schedule because of power cuts, but we make it work. It is a simple, local academy where the focus is just on the joy of dancing together in a small room. We enjoy the energy the students bring every day.
