Our place is at A-24/25 in the Apie section of Balanagar. It’s an old industrial area, and you can tell by the buildings around us. The roads are a bit bumpy, and there is always some construction going on. We have been here at Vibrant Greentech for some time. The office is functional. We have some plants in the corner, but they don't always get enough light. We spend our hours looking at files and talking to people on the phone. Balanagar is a central spot, so getting things in and out isn't too hard, even with the traffic. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes pinned up. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of people trying to do something useful. Most of our day is spent solving small problems before they become big ones. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We know the neighbors, and we know which tea stall has the best snacks. That’s how we operate. We just stay focused on what needs to happen next. It’s a quiet life inside the office, even if the streets outside are loud. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the work is finished properly and everything is accounted for.
