Procorp Enertech Pvt. Ltd. is based at Shed No. 109/4 in the Ida, Phase-II area of Cherlapally. We are out in the R.R. District, which is quite a distance from the main city traffic. The shed is a large, open space where most of our technical work happens. It’s got high metal ceilings and concrete floors that stay cool in the morning but get warm by the afternoon. We have a small corner walled off for our desks and computers, but we spend most of our time out on the main floor. It’s a noisy and dusty environment, but that’s just how it is in Cherlapally. There are always trucks idling outside and the sound of tools being used. We don't bother with any fancy decorations or nice rugs. Everything here is built for work. We have a lot of heavy equipment and metal parts lying around. Most of us wear sturdy boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. We take our breaks together and usually just sit on some crates to have our tea. It’s a very down-to-earth way of working. We don't have a big corporate structure or complicated rules. We just know what needs to be done each day and we get to it. The area is full of other sheds just like ours, and there’s a real sense of shared effort among the workers here. It’s just how we do things.
