Our office is inside Icon Plaza, which sits right at the Alwyn X Road in Miyapur. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot going on right outside our windows. Hammond Power Solutions Pvt.Ltd. occupies a space here that is a bit different from a traditional factory setting. Being in a plaza means we share the building with other businesses, so you see a lot of different people in the elevators and the parking lot. The Alwyn X Road area has grown so much lately that finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge if you get here late. Inside, we have a layout that keeps the administrative side and the technical planning together. It’s a bit more of a professional atmosphere than a standalone shed, but we still have that practical, busy feel. We spend a lot of time on the phones and at our computers, but you can still tell we are an engineering-focused group. The local shops and cafes around Miyapur are where we usually end up for lunch or a quick break. The noise from the traffic at the crossroads is constant, but you eventually stop noticing it. It’s a convenient location for us because it’s easy for visitors to find, even if the traffic is a bit much. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay ahead of the schedule in this busy part of the town today.
