Ned Energy Ltd

Our facility is out on the Medchal-Sameerpet Road. We are on survey numbers 823 and 827 in the Medchal area of the Ranga Reddy district. It is a bit of a trek from the city, but we like the extra space we have out here. At Ned Energy Ltd, the work is mostly industrial. We have large sheds and areas for production that are built for function, not for looks. The wind blows quite a bit across the open ground here, and it can get very dusty during the dry season. We don't have a polished corporate office with carpets and glass. It is mostly concrete floors and metal roofs. Our daily routine is tied to the production cycle. We start early when it’s still cool and keep things running until the evening. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages or travels in from the outskirts of the city. We don't spend a lot of time talking about our goals or our vision. We just make sure the energy products are being made correctly and that the trucks are loaded on time. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with heavy materials and technical machinery all day long. There isn't much room for fancy talk here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted before we head home for the night to our families.
