Our office is on the first floor of Pavani Residency, which is H.No-3-83/A/106 on Eswar Villas Road. It’s right across from the Bachpan Play School in Nizampet. You can always hear the kids playing and shouting across the street during their recess, which makes the mornings feel a bit more lively. To get to us, you have to walk up a flight of stairs that are a bit steep. The room is filled with the sound of phones and the hum of the server we keep in the small closet. We’ve got some mismatched chairs around the main table where we sit and go over the day's tasks. The view from the window is just the road and the school gate, so we spend a lot of time watching the traffic jams build up in the evening. We have a small fridge that mostly holds water bottles and someone's leftover lunch. The walls are mostly bare except for a map of the local area and a clock that’s five minutes fast. Most people find us because of the big school across the way. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone coming or going. We try to keep things organized, but when several calls come in at once, it gets a bit chaotic. It’s just a small team of us here trying to keep the lines open and the work moving along every day.
