We are over at Plot No. 121/3 in the eastern part of Phase-Ii, Ida Cherlapally. If you know Lane-9 in Sec-1, you can find us pretty easily. Thrive Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial area for some time. It is a big space with plenty of room for all the solar gear we handle. The area around here is full of other factories and workshops, so it’s always got a lot of energy. We spend a lot of time organizing panels and checking batteries to make sure they are ready to go out. It isn’t always quiet, what with the trucks moving in and out of the lane all day. We just try to keep our heads down and do our jobs. We have a small crew that knows their way around the technical side of things, but we are all just regular people working hard. There is a lot to keep track of with the different parts and shipping schedules. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a good routine going. We like being in Cherlapally because it is a hub for this kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does what it says it will do. Most of our day is taken up by phone calls and moving boxes around. It is basic, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
