The house number is 10-4-771/82/C-6/1, which is a bit hard for the delivery drivers to find sometimes because the lanes all look the same. Ultra Care has been operating out of this spot for a good stretch of time. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit calmer than the main road, though the traffic near Masab Tank is always a headache in the evenings. We mostly deal with people from the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup in a converted part of the building. We don't have big glowing signs or a fancy lobby. Usually, there’s just a couple of us working here during the day. The floor is tiled and we keep a few benches for people who are waiting. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy brochures or marketing people. We just talk to people and figure out what they need help with. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind the sound. We've got a small fridge for water and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound when it's on high speed. It’s just a normal, everyday business for us. We handle our tasks one by one and try to get things done without making a big fuss about anything. Most people hear about us from their friends or family.
