Our shop is right in the Hanuman Temple Complex, which is a very busy part of L B Nagar. If you are coming from the Ring Road, you can usually see our sign from the street. We are situated near the ZPHS school, so there are always kids walking around in the afternoons and a lot of noise. The building itself is quite old and we have been in these specific units for quite some time now. We deal with various items that people need for their own shops or houses. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved because we get crates and sacks delivered almost every other day. The space is a bit cramped with all the inventory stacked up to the ceiling in the back rooms. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets messy when we are really busy with customers. The main road outside is never quiet. You can hear the horns and the buses all day long through the open door. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the doors open to let some air move through the shop. Usually, we are helping people find specific parts or checking our lists to see what is back in stock. We do not do much talking unless it is about the work at hand. Most of our day is spent moving boxes or talking to the drivers who bring the goods. It is just a regular business like any other in this area.
