Udipi upahar

Begum Bazar is a tight and crowded place. Our shop, Udipi upahar, sits on the Main Road. It’s right near the Fish Market, so you can imagine the crowd and the constant movement. Every morning, the trucks come in to unload and the noise starts very early. We are just a small spot among all the big wholesale shops. People come in with their heavy shopping bags, looking for a place to rest their legs for a bit. The benches are simple and the tables are plain. We don't have fancy lights or any air conditioning. Just the basic stuff you need to sit and eat. The address is 500012, if you are looking for it on a map. Hyderabad is always moving fast, and Begum Bazar is the center of all that trading. We see all kinds of people, from laborers carrying loads to big shop owners. Some just want a quick coffee, others want a full plate of food. We just keep the kitchen going without much fuss. Sometimes it gets really hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans running on high. It’s been this way for a long time. Nothing much changes around here. We just focus on the daily work and making sure there is enough space for everyone who walks in from the street. It’s just a plain place for regular people to eat and then get back to business.
