Uday Food Products

Uday Food Products is a small setup we have in Amberpet. Specifically, we are at 5-2-32 in Rahat Nagar. It is a residential area mostly, so things are relatively quiet compared to the main city roads. We spend our days preparing various food items. There is always a smell of something cooking or being packed around here. It is a lot of manual work, moving bags around and making sure everything is sealed up right. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Most of our neighbors know us by now. Sometimes we have a lot of orders to finish and we stay late into the evening, just working under the lights. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack things. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us or hear about us from someone else in Rahat Nagar. It is a simple operation with just a few of us handling everything from the preparation to the packing. We have to watch the weather because humidity can mess with the food products, so we keep an eye on that. Amberpet is a nice place to work, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is just us doing our daily tasks and trying to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the street lights come on in the lane.
