Twenty 20 Kitchen

So, Twenty 20 Kitchen is our little spot in Sri Nagar Colony. We are right opposite the Indian Bank, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us. This part of Hyderabad is always bustling, and being near a bank means there is a constant stream of people coming and going. We started this place because we wanted to run our own kitchen and see how it goes. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working together to get things done every day. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen. It can get pretty loud and busy during the lunch and dinner hours when everyone wants their food at once. We don’t really have a fancy interior or any special decorations. It’s more about the cooking and getting the food out to the people who are waiting. We have a few tables inside, but a lot of people just prefer to take their food home to eat. Sri Nagar Colony has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over time. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. That’s just how it is when you run a small business. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up, cook, and hope folks like what they get. There’s always cleaning to do or supplies to buy. It keeps us on our feet.
