Our small food business is tucked away at 1-3-183/40/47 in Gandi Nagar, right near the SBI Colony in Kawadi Gudda. It’s a busy little neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We mostly focus on making simple, everyday food that people in the area like to eat. The kitchen starts early in the morning when the fresh supplies come in from the market. It’s not a high-tech facility with shiny gadgets. We use traditional pots and pans and a lot of manual prep. The smell of frying spices usually fills the whole lane by mid-morning. We don't have a big seating area or any of that fancy decor. It’s more about the food itself and getting it out to people while it’s still hot. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are too many orders at once, but we just keep our heads down and keep cooking. We’ve known most of our regular customers for years. They don't come here for a luxury experience; they come because they know what they’re getting every time. We don't spend money on advertising or social media experts. We just stay in our kitchen and do our work. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we plan to keep it that way for as long as we can stay here in Kawadi Gudda.
