Thermal Systems (Hyd) Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Apuroopa Township in the Jeedimetla area of Hyderabad. It is an industrial neighborhood, so you see a lot of warehouses and factories around us. Our building is a simple structure where we handle all the design and manufacturing work for our thermal systems. It isn’t the kind of place you’d come for a tour, but it works for what we need. Inside, there is usually a mix of noise from the shop floor and the quieter hum of the office area upstairs. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. Most days start with a quick chat about what needs to be finished before the day ends. The township itself is fairly quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering and making sure things are built right. Sometimes we have parts being delivered or finished units being loaded onto trucks in the yard. It can get a bit dusty and loud, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We enjoy being in Jeedimetla because it is where the real work gets done. It’s a no-nonsense environment for a no-nonsense business. We keep our workspace organized enough to find what we need, and that is about as far as we go with office management.
