You’ll find us at Door Number 7-3-8/1, located right inside the Mirchi Compound in Mahboob Bagh. As the name of the compound suggests, there is a lot of spice business happening around here. The air is almost always thick with the smell of dried chilies and other spices, which can make you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, and we know the history of the compound well. It’s a busy place, especially during the harvest seasons when everyone is bringing in fresh stock. Our setup is simple. We have a space for sorting, a place for grinding, and a small area where we keep the finished bags. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy sacks and making sure the spice blends are just right. We don't have any fancy technology here, just the same methods that have worked for generations. The people working here are locals who know their spices by sight and smell. We don't do any big promotions or have a glossy catalog. People come to us because they know where we are and they know what they’re getting. Sometimes the heat in the compound gets a bit much, but we have a couple of big fans that keep things moving. It's a traditional way of doing business, and we’re happy to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and let the work speak for itself every day.
