Bimla Spices Food Industries Pvt Ltd is situated at 584 Venkateswara Colony in the Banjara Hills area. It’s a well-known part of town, but our street is a bit more tucked away. We’ve been running our spice industry from here for quite a while. Even though we have a long name, we are really just a small team of people who care about spices. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on the production and making sure the bags are being filled correctly. It’s not a high-tech operation; it’s more about the hands-on experience we’ve gained over the years. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular building where we do our work. The smell of ground spices is always in the air, which we’ve grown to love, though it can make you sneeze if you aren't careful. We started this because we wanted to be part of the food industry and Banjara Hills seemed like a good place to set up shop. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big buzzwords. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have big shipments going out. We just take it one step at a time and try to keep things moving. It’s a steady life and we are happy with how it’s going.
