Our business, Bimala Spices Food Industries (P) Ltd., is located at 9-4-80/1 on Iind Lancer Road. The road itself is quite busy with trucks and motorcycles passing by all day. Our building is a sturdy structure where we do all our spice processing. It’s not a fancy place, and you can definitely tell it’s a working factory from the moment you step inside. There is a constant hum from the grinders and the packaging machines. The smell of ground spices is very strong, and it gets into everything. We have a crew of workers who handle the raw materials, cleaning them and getting them ready for processing. It’s hard work, and the environment can get quite dusty, so we have to keep on top of the cleaning. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. We’re just a local company that processes food products. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve become a familiar sight on Iind Lancer Road. Most of us take our breaks together, sitting in the small shaded area outside when the weather is nice. We deal with the usual problems of running a factory, like machines needing repairs or power outages, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re proud of the stuff we put in the bags.
