Maha Spice

We are located over in MLA Colony, specifically at 8-2-684/193/9 on Road No 12. If you know where Banjara Hills is, you know it can be a bit crowded, but our spot near Balaji Kirana is a bit easier to find. We deal with spices and food stuff mainly. The shop isn't anything too flashy. It has that smell of ground pepper and turmeric that stays in your clothes all day. We spend a lot of time checking the bags that come in and making sure the jars are filled up. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know the neighborhood well. People from the nearby houses pop in quite often. Sometimes we are just sitting there chatting when things are slow. Road No 12 is a good place to be, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just put the stock on the shelves and let people see what we have. The floors are a bit worn down from people walking in and out, but that’s fine. It feels like a real workplace. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury brand. We just sell what we sell. Most days are about managing the inventory and making sure the shop stays tidy enough. It’s a straightforward way to make a living in this part of the city.
