You can find us on Secretariat Road in the Saifabad-Khairatabad area of Hyderabad. We are located at Door No 5-9-7/1/2, right across from the Ravindra Bharathi Function Hall. It’s a very central part of the city, so there’s always something going on nearby. Whether it’s an event at the hall or people going to the government offices, the road is constantly full of people. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. The building isn’t the newest, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with tables and chairs lined up. We don't go in for fancy lighting or music. Usually, the sound of the ceiling fans is all you hear besides the chatter of the customers. My family runs the place, and we all have our specific jobs. One of us handles the supplies, another stays at the counter, and the rest are in the back. It gets very busy around two in the afternoon. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming when a large group comes in all at once, but we manage. We don't have any big slogans or promises. We just try to get the food out on time and keep the place decent for the folks who come in. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but seeing the regulars come back makes it feel worth it. We don't really know anything other than this business.
