Subway Restaurant

You can find us over at Lumbini Amrutha Chambers, right near the Chutneys restaurant at Nagarjuna Circle. This part of Road Number 3 in Banjara Hills stays busy almost all day long. It is a bit of a hectic spot with all the traffic coming through. Our shop is on the ground level of the building, 8-2-248/B5. We mostly see office folks from around the circle coming in for their lunch break. Sometimes they are in a huge rush, looking at their watches while we put the sandwiches together. We just focus on getting the bread right and having everything ready by 11 am. The space is simple. We have the usual counter and some seating if you want to eat here instead of taking it back to the office. The heat in Hyderabad can be something else, so the AC is usually running pretty hard. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us working the shifts. We spend a lot of time cleaning the prep area and making sure the veggies are fresh. It’s not a complicated business. We just stay open and wait for the next person to walk through the door. Being near the circle means we see a lot of different people every day.
