It’s an interesting area because there are so many different businesses around us. Our place isn’t anything fancy, just a solid spot where people can come to eat. We started this because we wanted to run our own small business in the neighborhood. Every day starts early for us, usually with deliveries coming in and us getting the kitchen fired up. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or clearing tables. We don’t have any big corporate rules or anything, we just try to be decent to anyone who walks in. The estate can be a bit tricky to navigate if you haven't been here before, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. We get a lot of workers from the nearby shops during their lunch breaks. It’s nice to have that regular rhythm to the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Panjagutta, just a reliable one. Sometimes things get a bit messy when it’s busy, but that’s just how it goes in a real kitchen. We appreciate everyone who stops by. We’re just regular people trying to make a living and serve some food. It is hard work but we like the estate life.
